Wait A Minute Now........

I know that within the past couple of months I have blogged about my hair and the process I am growing through. I wore sew-in weaves for over two years. Recently my friend, Stephanie, relaxed my hair in June and then, as it got hotter, I discovered my shampoo and leave alone look. lol

Well now it's October, that's like 3+ months since I have had a relaxer. At this point I don't know what I want to do or what direction to go with my hair. I had been using a shampoo product and I liked really liked it. I have visited several stores looking for the conditioner that goes with it and I have been unsuccessful.

It has become tanglefully (I don't believe that is a word now) obvious that I needed something more for my fine, going where ever it wants to go hair. So it must have been around August when I was reading Essence and Ebony and I saw the advertisements for Pantene. Now mind you if I ever thought about Pantene I was not thinking about my hair. Maybe some of my friend's hair, some of my co-workers hair but not mine.

As I read the article "The New Faces of Pantene" I focused in on Tasia. It stated that Tasia decided to go natural and she was using Pantene products. Hmmm! Wait a minute now! I waited for the shampoo, that I had been using, and conditioner to run out. I first purchased the Pantene Pro-V Relaxed & Natural Dry to Moisturized Conditioner. I could not wait to shampoo my hair.  I simply opened the bottle and applied it to my hair. There was an immediate hydration to my hair and it felt really good. I rinsed out the conditioner and sure enough my hair felt soft and easy to manage.

This week I finished the shampoo I had been using and purchased the Pantene Pro-V Relaxed & Natural Dry to Moisturized Shampoo last night. You couldn't tell me nothing this morning. My hair felt so "pretty".
Earlier this week I am talking to Stephanie about relaxing my hair and the tone of her voice was not feeling where I was going with my hair. So, I thought to myself "Why not get the last part of the product?" That would be Pantene Pro-V Relaxed & Natural Daily Oil Cream Moisturizer.

Tonight on the way home I purchased the Pantene Pro-V Relaxed & Natural Daily Oil Cream Moisturizer. It took several hours for the curiosity to takeover me but I opened that bottle and moisturized my hair. Hold on! Wait A Minute! I don't believe I will be getting my hair relaxed tomorrow or anytime soon. Not only that but when I run out of one of my latest Pantene products I can pick it up at my local grocery store or pharmacy. It's like I have discovered my hair right in my own neighborhood. Go figure!!!
