My love story with CAVA started in Addison, Texas in May of 2023. I had traveled there for an EYBL Session.
I was staying at a Marriott, didn’t have a car, and was scrolling through DoorDash trying to find something I couldn’t get back at home. Because honestly, when I’m out of town, I don’t want to eat somewhere I can already eat at home.
Then I saw CAVA. 💛Mediterranean? Okay. Blueberry lavender drink? SOLD. And once I saw I could add pickled onions to my meal, it was officially time to place the order.
My ordered showed up at the hotel, and let’s say that was May 12, 2023. I took one bite and was like, “Oh… this is good.” Like, really good!
So of course, I ordered it again the next day. 😌 Then I started looking up CAVA locations and quickly realized that there were not any near me… and I was not happy.
Fast forward 3 years….
Now that we finally have a CAVA in Cincinnati, I love it. Whether I’m craving that blueberry lavender drink, pita chips with hummus, or any order involving pickled onions, It took me a while to share this, but honestly I only recently realized that I hadn’t.
Anyway… guess what I’m having for dinner tonight? 👀
