National Wear Red Day Go Red!!!!!!

Today is National Wear Red Day.

Some of my students are Going Red today and I am a little excited. It's been about 7 or 8 years since I have supported Go Red for Women and this year I am looking forward and loving every moment of it. When some of my students came to class on Thursday they told me that they saw the red dress symbol on the news. Several have decided to make a pledge. I will be so excited to hear how they saw other people wearing red on Friday and that they could identify with the reason for it.



This year I am challenging myself and my students to eat better and to move more. What about you?
